We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Allstate Insurance Company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating National and Regional Broker Partners to sell, service, and conserve business in order to ensure profitable growth and meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Help implement and support the corporate strategy.
- Recruit new producers, train, and develop them to achieve growth objectives.
- Meet or exceed assigned production plan.
- Provide training and on-going development of producers in assigned area.
- Work with producers to help bring value to their existing book of business and develop new opportunities.
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Competitive annual salary of $45,000.00 + Performance Incentive, with the earning potential of $175 - $250k annually. Incentive payments are not guaranteed and are governed by the terms of the applicable sales bonus plan.
