Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for our SNOO Employee Benefit Program
  • Collaborate with HR professionals and channel partners to provide innovative solutions for improving new parent physical and mental health
  • Educate clients on the ROI-positive investment of SNOO and Happiest Baby's products and services
  • Own outreach efforts to grow the pipeline and schedule meetings for yourself and executive leaders
  • Attend conferences and events in the HR and Benefits world to promote the SNOO Employee Benefit Program and build relationships
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscapes to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the HR/Benefit world with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Existing relationships with brokers, consultants, and insurance carriers to drive referral business and close complex deal cycles
  • Leadership mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for improving new parent health and a deep understanding of the impact of our work
