Job Description

At Allstate, we're committed to protecting families and their belongings from life's uncertainties. As a Sales Executive, Broker Channel, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help implement and support our corporate strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate National and Regional Broker Partners to sell, service, and conserve business in their assigned markets.
  • Meet or exceed assigned production plans and sales objectives.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Sales Support, Underwriting, Policyholder Services, and other Home Office departments.
Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 5 or more years of experience in sales or a related field (preferred)
Compensation

Annual salary of $45,000.00 + performance-based incentives, with earning potential of $175-$250k annually.

Background investigation required, including drug screen.
