Job Title: Executive Producer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead our newsroom team at FOX News Channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in news production, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of producers, writers, and editors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of news programs, including planning, content selection, and editorial direction.
  • Manage a team of producers, writers, and editors to ensure high-quality content is produced on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement editorial strategies to meet the needs of our audience and the FOX News Channel brand.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and programming, to ensure alignment and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains competitive and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a news Executive Producer in a medium to major size market.
  • Exceptional news judgment, strong writing and copy editing skills.
  • Superior creativity and organizational skills.
  • Strong production and technical knowledge, able to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and strong communication skills required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under specific time constraints.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $170,000.00-180,000.00 annually for California.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
