Key Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing HR functions within our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing HR information systems such as Paychex and iCIMS.
  • Managing recruitment activities.
  • Assisting with payroll administration using Paylocity.
  • Coordinating hiring efforts through platforms like Lever and Salesforce.
  • Supporting succession planning initiatives within the organization.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Paychex, HRIS, iCIMS, Payroll, Paylocity, Lever, Salesforce, and Succession planning.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources management principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR coordination or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively within a team.
