Our Annuity Operations Specialists provide exceptional service to our distribution partners—agents and agencies—by ensuring that life insurance applications are handled with efficiency, precision, and a genuine sense of care that instills confidence in our clients. You will play a crucial role in assessing fundamental life insurance risks, empowering clients with vital information, resolving application challenges, and collaborating with your team to achieve our collective goals.

A typical day involves evaluating medical, non-medical, and financial risk factors to determine suitable ratings for life applications, managing applications through workflow systems, working collaboratively within a team, and maintaining effective communication with agents/agencies via phone, email, and CRM tools. You will serve as the primary point of contact for agents throughout the entire application process.

Successful Candidates We're Seeking

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the life insurance or annuity sectors.
  • A strong passion for contributing to a purpose-driven organization.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory; we prioritize skills, experience, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting.
