Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and organized HR Specialist to become a vital part of our progressive HR department. The successful candidate will assist in a variety of HR functions, encompassing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and data management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support talent acquisition efforts by advertising job openings, evaluating applicants, and scheduling interviews.
  • Leverage HR management systems to effectively oversee employee information.
  • Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance assessments.
  • Facilitate training sessions to improve employee competencies and understanding.
  • Formulate and implement HR policies that align with organizational objectives and legal standards.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations through routine audits and updates to HR procedures.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, benefits management, and other HR-related activities as needed.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and act as a resource for employee inquiries.
  • Accurately maintain HR documentation, including attendance records and performance reviews.
  • Engage in HR initiatives to foster organizational development.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and other relevant parties.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with employees and leadership.
  • Advise managers on HR-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and implement process improvements to optimize HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or a comparable field.
  • Familiarity with HR software, such as ADP.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in data management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of HR best practices, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience with human capital management and HR technology.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
