Your Impact:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing various HR functions, ensuring the effective operation of our HR processes. Your commitment to fostering a positive work environment will be key in supporting our staff and enhancing organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HRIS systems including Paychex and iCIMS.
  • Oversee HR sourcing activities.
  • Assist with payroll processing utilizing Paylocity.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts through platforms such as Lever and Salesforce.
  • Support succession planning initiatives within the organization.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in Paychex, HRIS, iCIMS, Payroll, Paylocity, Lever, Salesforce, and Succession planning.
  • Strong understanding of human resources management practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
