Your Impact:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing various HR functions, ensuring the effective operation of our HR processes. Your commitment to fostering a positive work environment will be key in supporting our staff and enhancing organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HRIS systems including Paychex and iCIMS.
- Oversee HR sourcing activities.
- Assist with payroll processing utilizing Paylocity.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts through platforms such as Lever and Salesforce.
- Support succession planning initiatives within the organization.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Paychex, HRIS, iCIMS, Payroll, Paylocity, Lever, Salesforce, and Succession planning.
- Strong understanding of human resources management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination or similar roles.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
