Human Resources Coordinator II

The State of Vermont is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to enhance our team supporting various state agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to interact with employees at all levels. Required QualificationsA minimum of two years in an administrative capacity, including customer service and experience with spreadsheets, databases, and email communication, is required.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in human resources or payroll is advantageous.
