About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Mid-market and Enterprise team at Klaviyo. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS or MarTech environment.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
