About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Growth Account Executive to join our Mid-Market+ team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to effectively target customer segments and create new opportunities
  • Work closely with our Solution Architect team to ensure customers are supported in technical evaluations
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers and Agency Partners to identify Channel sales opportunities and teach them how to effectively sell Klaviyo products
  • Self-prospect and advise existing Klaviyo customers on the value of consolidating their cross-channel marketing efforts onto our platform
  • Work with Product Marketing to drive attendance to webinars and make recommendations for new messaging and marketing materials
  • Participate in regular workshops and in-market networking events to educate customers on how to best leverage Klaviyo products
  • Provide feedback to our Product Team that impacts the product roadmap
Requirements
  • 5+ years of closing experience in software subscription and cloud sales models (SaaS)
  • Strong experience selling and winning against competitors
  • Experience cross-selling products into an existing set of customers is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Process driven and results oriented
  • Background in marketing automation is considered a plus
