About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative to join our team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential companies that can benefit from our solution and partnering with experienced account executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
