Client Service Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team at BluePearl Veterinary Partners. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that each client receives the care and attention they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and make friendly eye contact with every client who enters the hospital
  • Offer a warm and professional acknowledgement to each client
  • Assess the client's needs and determine whether an emergency arrival is a stat or standard emergency
  • Respond to non-patient calls or visitors and connect them to the appropriate team member
  • Confirm all appointments in advance and ensure clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment
  • Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during the handling of pet remains
