Job Title: Client Services Administrator

EBizCharge, a leading provider of integrated payment solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Administrator to join our team. As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client relationships, providing exceptional support, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of client issues, escalating complex problems to senior management as needed.
  • Conduct software demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting notes, emails, and phone calls.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
