Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience and assisting our financial advisors in delivering tailored financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with account maintenance, transactions, and inquiries regarding financial products and services.
  • Schedule and prepare for client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are organized and available.
  • Support financial advisors by preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about financial markets, products, and industry trends to better assist clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years' previous experience in client service, preferably in a financial services or advisory environment.
  • FINRA Series 7/66 preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
