Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team at Ronald Blue & Co. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our Family Office clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Manage client relationships, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with advisors and financial planners to develop and implement client service plans.
  • Provide administrative support, including expense reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist with trust administration, including opening and closing accounts, processing money movements, and adhering to compliance guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as management, business, finance, or accounting.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in operations support, office management, client service, investments, or accounting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in CRM and DMS systems.
