Job Summary

PRGX Global, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Client Engagement to lead our client engagement efforts and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring client expectations are met, and achieving desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client relationships and serve as the primary contact for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with multiple contact levels at clients.
  • Monitor performance and client adoption of PRGX's offerings.
  • Ensure SLAs are met or exceeded while working with Operations to ensure consistent delivery of high performance.
  • Conduct regular, timely check-ins with clients and own gathering data, creating presentation material, and setting business review meetings.
  • Listen to client challenges and identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell PRGX solutions.
  • Communicate key findings to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the Client Experience team.
  • Represent PRGX at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in client engagement, client relationship management, or similar role on large and complex client engagements.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading the function.
  • Deep subject matter expertise of the source-to-pay and/or procure-to-pay cycles.
  • Strong leader with a passion for clients and their success.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, problem solve, and find innovative solutions to complex challenges.
