Position Overview
The selected candidate will undertake comprehensive responsibilities in teaching various courses related to Management, Marketing, and Public Administration. This role encompasses the following key duties:

Responsibilities:
1. Timely submission of mid-term and final grades within the stipulated timeframe following the completion of assessments for all assigned classes.
2. Ensure the electronic distribution of course syllabi by the deadlines established by the Department Chairperson.
3. Provide a copy of the attendance records or equivalent documentation to the Department Chairperson at the conclusion of the appointment period.
4. Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

The obligations and expectations for faculty members are detailed in the Bowie State University Faculty Handbook. The appointee will adhere to all relevant duties and responsibilities outlined therein.

Compliance and Employment Conditions:
Employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and verification of academic credentials. Proof of U.S. citizenship or eligibility for employment in the U.S. is mandatory prior to commencement of employment.

While COVID-19 vaccinations are not mandated, they are encouraged for all eligible faculty, staff, and students at Bowie State University. This policy may be subject to updates.
