Job Opportunity

Topsarge Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Instructor to support the execution of training at the US Army Ordnance School Fort Lee, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide instructor services for Advanced Individual Training (AIT) training in accordance with programs of instruction.
  • Teach a government-approved curriculum for 91-series MOSs, including classroom and hands-on performance-oriented training, and simulation/virtual training.
  • Ensure successful completion of training and meet training, technical, and tactical certification requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of technical and tactical experience in MOS 91F.
  • Certification in MOS and ASI-specific technical training prior to performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and doctrine regarding MOS or ASI-specific training.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization, planning, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass and shall pass all hands-on and written student tests.

Education and Certification:

  • Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFDIC) or its equivalent within the last five years.
  • TRADOC Initial Military Training (IMT) Installation Staff and Contractors Training Course (ISCTC).
  • Blackboard 101 Instructor Training.
