Marketing Director

At PEAKE Technology Partners, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead the execution of a marketing strategy that drives brand growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
- Oversee the entire marketing function, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and demand generation.
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and support company-wide initiatives.
- Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.
- Oversee brand management efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead the development of high-impact marketing content, including thought leadership pieces, case studies, white papers, and multimedia assets.
- Manage and optimize the performance of digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM efforts.
- Spearhead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI and support business growth.
- Build strong relationships with key external partners, including agencies, vendors, and industry influencers, to amplify PEAKE's brand and reach.
- Oversee the planning and executing of high-profile marketing events, such as industry conferences, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain the highest data privacy and integrity standards in marketing operations.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is highly desirable, as is a Master's degree or advanced certifications (e.g., MBA, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI on marketing investments.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new marketing opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to change.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building collaborative relationships across functions and with external partners.
