Position Overview

Modern Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a dedicated full-time HVAC Technician Trainee to become part of our installation team. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.00.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HVAC Technician Trainee, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems for various clients. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced HVAC professionals, gaining valuable insights into the industry. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to follow instructions carefully. After completing tasks, you will help ensure the work area is tidy and free of tools and equipment. This apprenticeship is a chance to acquire essential skills while establishing a rewarding career.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN TRAINEE

  • Completion certificate from an accredited trade school
  • Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Completion of the Wedge Video Interview is necessary for consideration

Having 2+ years of enrollment in a state program is preferred. If you meet the apprenticeship criteria, we look forward to your application to become part of our exceptional heating and air conditioning team.
