Key Responsibilities

As an HVAC Technician, your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • CT State trade license preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Completion of a Wedge Video Interview is required
