Job Overview

Modern Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a dedicated full-time Lead HVAC Installation Technician to oversee the installation of heating and cooling systems while ensuring effective communication with clients, team members, and the administrative staff. This leadership role typically involves 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with minimal on-call weekend responsibilities. Our compensation for Lead HVAC Installation Technicians ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, in addition to bonuses and commissions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • S2 or D2 license is preferred
  • Physical capability to lift 50 lbs. and perform standard tasks associated with HVAC system installation
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Completion of the Wedge Video Interview is necessary for consideration
