Daily Responsibilities

As an HVAC Technician Trainee, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems for various clients. Each day presents an opportunity to learn from our seasoned HVAC professionals. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to attentively follow instructions. After completing tasks, you will help tidy the work area, ensuring that no tools or equipment are left behind. This apprenticeship is a chance to acquire valuable skills while establishing a stable career.

Requirements for an HVAC Technician Trainee

  • Completion certificate from an accredited trade school
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC
  • Valid driver's license
  • Completion of the Wedge Video Interview is necessary for consideration

Having 2+ years of enrollment in a state program is preferred. If you meet the above apprenticeship criteria, we are eager to have you as part of our HVAC team.

Note: Candidates must be able to pass a drug test upon hire.
