Job Title: Industrial Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Industrial Sales Manager to join our team at Jobot. As an Industrial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and segment.
  • Lead a nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Report on sales results to senior executives.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an Industrial Sales Manager in the Power Electronics/UPS industry.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Expertise in Territory Management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with key clients and foster long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
