Key Responsibilities
- Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing follow-up as necessary
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering commitment to daily success
- Identify new financial service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
Qualifications
- Sales experience or a background in client-facing roles is advantageous
- Prior experience in insurance is preferred, though not mandatory
- Demonstrated history of reliability, dependability, and ethical conduct
- Must be open to coaching and development
- Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Self-motivated and determined
- Required: Property and Casualty License (assistance available to obtain license)
