Key Responsibilities
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales
  • Build and maintain client relationships, providing follow-up as necessary
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering commitment to daily success
  • Identify new financial service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients

Qualifications
  • Sales experience or a background in client-facing roles is advantageous
  • Prior experience in insurance is preferred, though not mandatory
  • Demonstrated history of reliability, dependability, and ethical conduct
  • Must be open to coaching and development
  • Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • Self-motivated and determined
  • Required: Property and Casualty License (assistance available to obtain license)
