About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Atlas Copco Rental North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business and increasing revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve revenue goals, understanding customer needs and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at accounts and end-users.
  • Source and rent equipment and solutions to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct business and territory analysis, using tools like ZoomInfo and IIR to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations and other sales teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of industrial sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce/CRM, PDCA, and account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using organizational and time management skills.
