We are seeking a skilled Employee & Labor Relations Case Manager who will play a crucial role in promptly addressing employee concerns and determining the most suitable investigative resources. This position will collaborate closely with various business units to proactively address issues, identify patterns in employee relations activities, and work on effective solutions within the organization. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in ethics, compliance, Human Resources, legal matters, or related fields, particularly within defense contracting or government sectors. The successful applicant will support the Human Resources function and report directly to the Vice President of Employee & Labor Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the initial assessment process for all incoming Human Resources inquiries and allegations, serving as the primary contact upon case receipt. Conduct immediate discussions upon referral to enhance the employee experience and ascertain the nature of the concerns. Direct cases to the most appropriate investigative partner. Maintain the integrity of the ELR Compliance 360 case management database, ensuring accurate documentation of communications and reports, and monitoring cases to resolution. Collaborate with ELR and Human Resources partners to guarantee thorough and timely investigations. Manage various metrics and perform data analysis. Support initiatives and process enhancements to ensure a standardized approach to investigations. Contribute to enterprise-wide Human Resources initiatives and process improvements to align with diverse stakeholders. Partner with Global Ethics and Compliance, legal teams, and Human Resources partners to ensure proper execution of Employee & Labor Relations processes. Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Required Qualifications:

A university degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations investigations. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in conducting employee relations investigations and managing various case management activities, including engaging with employees and stakeholders, and documenting case files. Proven ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals at all organizational levels, including executives. Experience in managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Strong understanding of confidentiality protocols, allowing employees to express concerns without fear of retaliation. Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment, labor, and compliance regulations. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Compliance 360 or similar case management systems.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD, reflecting a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Factors considered in extending an offer include the role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance programs, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits depend on the business unit and whether the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may also qualify for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs based on the position level and collective-bargaining agreement coverage. Payments under these programs are not guaranteed and depend on various factors, including individual and business unit performance.
