We are seeking a skilled Employee & Labor Relations Case Manager to join our dynamic Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) team. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely engagement in the investigation of employee concerns and identifying the most suitable investigative resources. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various business units to address issues proactively, recognize trends in employee relations, and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the initial triage process for all incoming Human Resources inquiries and allegations, serving as the primary contact upon case receipt.
  • Conduct prompt intake discussions to foster a positive employee experience and ascertain the nature of concerns.
  • Direct cases to the appropriate investigative partners.
  • Maintain the integrity of the ELR Compliance 360 case management database, ensuring accurate entry of communications and reports while monitoring case progress to resolution.
  • Collaborate with ELR and Human Resources teams to guarantee thorough and timely investigations.
  • Manage various metrics and perform data analysis.
  • Support initiatives and process enhancements to standardize investigation approaches.
  • Engage with Global Ethics and Compliance, legal teams, and Human Resources to ensure effective execution of Employee & Labor Relations processes.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A university degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in employee relations investigations.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory for access to sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in conducting employee relations investigations and managing case activities, including collaboration with employees and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and fostering an environment where employees feel safe to express concerns.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment, labor, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Compliance 360 or similar case management systems.
