Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate personalized relationships with both internal and external clients
  • Independently assist callers by providing customized support to address their specific needs
  • Act as the primary liaison for customers, managing any issues that may arise, regardless of complexity
  • Offer assistance on various technological platforms
  • Adhere to minimum call metrics and maintain high-quality review scores
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to accurately document and monitor calls
  • Engage in special initiatives, including training and support for both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven success in navigating multiple software systems
  • Familiarity with broker/dealer processes for account openings
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • Over 1 year of experience in the Financial Services sector
  • More than 2 years of experience in delivering exceptional service and resolving issues
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
Work Schedule:
  • This position requires candidates to report to the office twice a week.
