Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate personalized relationships with both internal and external clients
- Independently assist callers by providing customized support to address their specific needs
- Act as the primary liaison for customers, managing any issues that may arise, regardless of complexity
- Offer assistance on various technological platforms
- Adhere to minimum call metrics and maintain high-quality review scores
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to accurately document and monitor calls
- Engage in special initiatives, including training and support for both internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role
- A minimum of 1 year of proven success in navigating multiple software systems
- Familiarity with broker/dealer processes for account openings
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Over 1 year of experience in the Financial Services sector
- More than 2 years of experience in delivering exceptional service and resolving issues
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- This position requires candidates to report to the office twice a week.
