- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and case management efficiency.
- Participate in client meetings and hearings, offering valuable insight and legal advice.
- Stay updated on the latest legal trends, court decisions, and regulations in labor and employment law.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations at all times.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Proven experience with wage and hour issues, single-plaintiff harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims.
- Exceptional research and report-writing skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and to communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
