Key Requirements:

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Consistent demonstration of the competencies relevant to the position.
  • Proficient in using personal computers, POS systems, and various software applications, including MS Office.
  • Ability to learn and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading discussions in diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently with discretion and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Exhibit an inspiring attitude that fosters a positive team atmosphere.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members while upholding high performance standards.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, comprehending, and writing English.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms.
  • Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in a retail setting.
  • Advanced sales experience and comprehensive understanding of products, retail, and the industry.
