Job Overview

The Operations Team Supervisor plays a crucial role in guiding their team to achieve daily production objectives while supporting essential product offerings such as Benefit/Network/Formulary Design, e-Prescribe, Claims Processing, Integrated Product Solutions, and Consumer Directed Health Plans. This position entails overseeing talent management initiatives, maintaining operational processes, and providing expert knowledge for complex issues or project assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage team workload, ensuring quality metrics, cost efficiency, and performance standards are consistently met.
  • Implement talent management strategies, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback, and training initiatives.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both internal and external stakeholders, offering research support, project leadership, and audit assistance.
  • Maintain and revise operational processes and documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Address and resolve escalated client inquiries, delivering effective solutions.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within pharmacy benefit management, healthcare, insurance, retail, or a highly regulated industry.
  • Must possess eligibility to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with RxClaim is preferred.

Physical Job Requirements

  • Availability to work outside of standard business hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Regularly required to sit, use hands for tasks, and communicate effectively.
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and perform physical activities such as stooping or kneeling.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Reporting Structure

  • This position reports to a Manager or Director within the Operations department.

The potential compensation for this role ranges from $64,000 to $97,100, depending on experience and skills. Compensation may vary by location.

Positions will be posted for a minimum of five consecutive workdays.
