As a Bakery Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the success of Sprinkles by supporting the management team in bakery functions to create and uphold the Sprinkles Experience for our guests and team members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and convey proper policies and procedures provided by trainers and managers with enthusiasm.
  • Oversee guest experiences, including responding to inquiries and gathering feedback on recent visits through various communication channels.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service in alignment with management standards and Sprinkles policies – Be a brand ambassador.
  • Manage shift expectations and contribute positively to the Sprinkles culture and experience.
  • Serve as a product expert by providing recommendations during guest orders.
  • Practice accurate cash handling procedures with a friendly demeanor.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment in both the service area and dining space.
  • Assist with all cleaning tasks as outlined in opening/closing and weekly checklists.
  • Report to work as scheduled and meet the requirements for the duration of your shift.
  • Package or plate cupcakes and other bakery items as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for the Sprinkles product, brand, and overall experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or management position within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions from management.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a steady pace throughout your shift.
  • Capability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, which may include carrying trays, batter, and boxed items.
  • Must be able to navigate the bakery while bending and reaching for items.
