Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated CRN Operations Supervisor to oversee the planning, evaluation, direction, control, and coordination of Certified Re-Newed (CRN) operations. This role encompasses forecasting, planning, analysis, and management of operational activities related to both local and international production/refurbishment of CRN devices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics Specialists within the CRN category.
2. Oversee the SCM process with a comprehensive understanding of supply and demand forecasting, utilizing the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) system for monitoring CRN device processing.
3. Conduct internal and third-party audits as required, with potential travel for offsite work.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Logistics, to drive results and implement new processes or programs as necessary.
5. Identify opportunities to enhance awareness and understanding across the organization.
6. Work with management to establish risk mitigation strategies and address process gaps.
7. Engage in various activities such as channel demand analysis, inventory planning, production planning, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
1. 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in an operational capacity.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Finance/Accounting is preferred.
3. Strong experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is required.
4. Proficiency in business office software, particularly MS Office Suite.
5. Familiarity with GSCM systems is advantageous.
6. In-depth understanding of logistics activities and refurbishment processes is a plus.
