WHO we're looking for:
We seek a CRN Operations Supervisor to oversee the planning, evaluation, direction, control, and coordination of Certified Re-Newed (CRN) operations. This role encompasses forecasting, planning, coordination, analysis, and management of operational activities related to the production and refurbishment of CRN devices, both locally and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics teams dedicated to the CRN category.
- Oversee the SCM processes with a comprehensive understanding of supply and demand forecasting, including the AP1/AP2 processes, utilizing the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) system for monitoring CRN device processing.
- Conduct necessary internal and third-party audits, with potential travel for offsite work as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Refurbishment, Service Providers, Logistics, and Warehouse) to drive outcomes and implement new processes or programs as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance awareness and understanding across the organization.
- Work with management to establish risk mitigation strategies and address process gaps.
- Operate independently and within a team to meet customer objectives, personal and team goals, while adhering to established timelines and specifications.
- Engage in a variety of activities, including channel demand analysis, inventory management, production planning, work-in-progress oversight, packaging planning, order fulfillment, and delivery.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with operational experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Finance/Accounting is preferred.
- Strong experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is essential.
- Proficient in business software applications, particularly MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with GSCM systems is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of forward and reverse logistics processes.
- Familiarity with refurbishment processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in both team-oriented and independent settings.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit discretion and limited supervision.
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.

- Ability to define objectives, identify tasks, and make informed decisions based on experience.
- Review and interpret product development and marketing materials as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
