Job Overview:

The Operations Supervisor at PIRTEK is responsible for managing, supporting, and coordinating a team of Hose Installation Technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to our clients.

Working within a PIRTEK Service & Supply Center presents a vibrant and fast-paced work environment, fostering collaboration and communication among team members. The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and resolving issues, guaranteeing that clients receive top-notch service to restore their equipment swiftly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire, guide, and assist Hose Installation Technicians
  • Manage materials and inventory effectively - Prior experience is essential as you will oversee a substantial inventory of hoses, fittings, and adapters.
  • Ensure the delivery of superior service to customers
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Excellent communication abilities
