Key Responsibilities:
  • Embrace and exemplify the policies and procedures provided by trainers and managers with enthusiasm.
  • Oversee guest interactions, including addressing inquiries and gathering feedback on recent experiences.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service in alignment with management standards and Sprinkles policies - Act as a brand ambassador.
  • Manage shift expectations and contribute positively to the Sprinkles culture and experience.
  • Serve as a product specialist by making informed recommendations during guest orders.
  • Follow proper cash handling procedures with a friendly demeanor.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks as outlined in opening/closing and weekly checklists.
  • Report to work as scheduled and fulfill responsibilities throughout your shift.
  • Package or plate cupcakes and other bakery items as required.
Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for the Sprinkles product, brand, and overall experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or management position within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions from management.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a steady pace throughout your shift.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, which may include carrying trays, batter, and boxed goods.
  • Must be able to navigate the bakery space, including bending and reaching for items.
