  • Communicate customer complaints and concerns to management in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in a food establishment is a plus.
  • Able to communicate politely and effectively with guests.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and self-confident attitude.
  • Operates calmly and proactively in stressful situations.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
