Bourdon is a 120-year-old industry leader seeking a passionate and purpose-driven individual to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in learning our process, servicing our 2,000 existing business clients, and developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Research new business opportunities and identify potential sales leads.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
  • Prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships, with a strong desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
