Sales Leader

Bourdon is a 120-year-old industry leader seeking a passionate and purpose-driven individual to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in learning our process, servicing our 2,000 existing business clients, and developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Research new business opportunities and identify potential sales leads.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
- Prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide team members.

Licensing Requirements:
