Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a stellar team of Sales and Operations Managers.
  • Drive business growth through effective lead generation and member acquisition strategies.
  • Establish and achieve sales objectives.
  • Allocate resources efficiently across all locations based on operational needs.
  • Monitor and enhance team performance through KPI education and feedback.
  • Facilitate staff development and educational workshops.
  • Assist in evaluating coaching staff as necessary.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Oversee payroll, commissions, and timecard processes.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
