About the Role

HirexHire is seeking a highly experienced VP of Sales to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving top-line ARR growth with local governments and channel partners.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other company leaders, including Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to achieve new revenue and expansion targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a B2B or B2G SaaS sales team from the ~$5m to ~$10m+ stage. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of 5-10 people, including account executives and a Revenue Operations lead.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyzing sales data and metrics to inform sales strategy and tactics
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
