About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Bluegreen Vacations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver a one-on-one conversation weekly with each sales associate to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Ensure that all sales associates are trained on the company-approved training program, "Passport to Success."
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure that the kiosk is staffed during operating hours.
  • Manage inventory and place orders for necessary collateral, such as lead slips, pitch cards, and maps.
  • Review and respond to Medallia Package Sales Surveys and Sales Alerts.
  • Immediately report any customer service issues to the VP, Retail Marketing / Regional Director of Marketing.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment and compliance with company dress code, uniform requirements, and name badges.
  • Meet or exceed budgetary responsibilities related to lead generation and sales of OPC Tours and Vacation Packages.
  • Accurately track and process payroll, collect and maintain sales associates' hours on timesheets, and submit to HR within payroll deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Sales or Marketing experience is required. Previous Management experience is preferred. Sales Management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the timeshare industry, OPC marketing, or telemarketing sales is helpful.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Outgoing; able to converse with customers.
