About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP of Sales to join our executive team at PublicInput. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving top-line ARR growth with local governments and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Lead a high-performing sales team of 5-10 people
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and make recommendations to improve sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Experience in sales leadership roles in the software industry, with a focus on government and public sector sales
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales strategies and tactics
