We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at the Bulldog Group, Inc. as a Commercial Roofing Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a client base of customers for commercial roofing repairs and replacements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop New Accounts: Create leads for repair and service work through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Manage Existing Accounts: Effectively manage existing accounts in the customer base.
- Document Account Management and Sales Activity: Document Account Management and sales-related activity as instructed by the VP of Sales.
- Meet Sales Goals: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Consult with Customers: Consult with customers and provide industry-standard roofing advice and proposals in a timely manner.
- Work with Operations Team: Work with the operations team to assist with scheduling and coordinating crews to meet client expectations.
- Participate in Sales Meetings and Trainings: Actively participate in sales meetings and trainings and participate in continuing education by attending manufacturer and industry seminars, conferences, &/or training sessions.
- Communicate with Customer Base and VP of Sales: Provide constant communication with the customer base and the VP of Sales.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Be a brand ambassador, consistently promoting services provided by the company.
- Participate in Trade Shows and Expos: Participate in and coordinate trade shows, expos, and seminars for specific customer types (ie-architects, property managers, the hospitality industry), and perform various marketing functions with the ultimate goal of increasing opportunities for the Bulldog Group of companies.
- Assist with Receivable Duties: When necessary, assist in receivable duties associated with your accounts.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive base pay + motivating commission pay structure.
