  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare transactions, with a focus on back-end revenue cycle and customer service.
  • Demonstrated achievement of managing key customer accounts for 3 years in the insurance/revenue cycle space.
  • Sales experience with a proven track record of cross-selling clients.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and sales abilities.
  • Project management skills and process development abilities.
