Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shared Service Client Services Representative to support our Human Resources team. This role will involve reviewing and maintaining accurate data, employee records, and active job records and job postings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review data for accuracy of employee actions, including timekeeping errors, supplemental payments, and new hire integrations.
  • Maintain employee records, such as contact information, job classification, pay rates, and organizational structure.
  • Manage active job openings and received applications, as well as internal and external job postings.
  • Assist with record audits and mandatory reports, including I-9 audits and EEO-1 filings.
  • Provide effective customer service and respond to inquiries concerning human resources programs and policies.
Physical Effort

This role requires little physical effort, with duties primarily being sedentary. Occasional movement of objects up to 25 pounds may be required.
