Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

At NEP Group, we're looking for a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a critical role in aligning human resources with our company's strategic objectives and supporting the daily functions of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align business objectives with human capital initiatives
  • Support activities such as recruitment and retention, compensation, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational development, succession planning, performance management, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Drive accountability in development and equip managers to build high-performing, diverse teams
  • Gather data and analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Process employee payroll changes and ensure accuracy of this data through bi-weekly payroll auditing
  • Participate as a member of NEP's Safety team
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/ADA/AA and other legal requirements
  • Assist with global mobility, immigration, and expatriate assignments
  • Focus on employee relations and resolve complex issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 7+ years of progressive experience in all aspects of human resources
  • PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal legislation
  • Experience with international, diverse cultures, and audiences preferred
  • Prior experience with building teams in a matrix, global organization
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products and ADP Workforce Now preferred
