Senior Commercial Sales Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales professional to join MaxTech, Inc. as a Senior Commercial Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability in the Central Region, overseeing a team of commercial sales representatives, and developing strategic relationships with key customers.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3-4 commercial sales reps to achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including floor covering contractors, general contractors, and distributors.
- Promote MaxTech products through presentations, phone conversations, and email communications.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales management experience in the flooring industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 50%+, including overnights within region or to corporate events.
