**Job Description:**

Main Responsibilities
  • Literature Review and Analysis: Conduct in-depth reviews of relevant literature and synthesize research findings to enhance prevention strategies.
  • Professional Development and Training: Create engaging training materials to improve the knowledge and skills of prevention professionals.
  • Program Evaluation and Assessment: Assess program frameworks, provide recommendations for enhancements, and conduct thorough evaluations.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with teams to develop evidence-based strategies and interventions.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed reports and communicate assessment results to stakeholders.
  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in the field to inform program enhancements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, public health, social work, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Expertise: Expertise in either suicide prevention or sexual violence prevention.
  • Experience: Experience in literature review, research analysis, and program evaluation.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks. Professional conduct and ability to handle sensitive information.
